Job description:
Experience (Origination/Pre UW):
• Processor-0 t0 3 Years
• Senior Procesor-3.8 to 6 Years
Job description:v • Should have deep knowledge in Loan underwriting/ Pre UW/Origination
• Compute Income and debt ratio calculations following program guidelines and ability to repay requirements
• Expertise in Compliance TRID Guidelines (Fees)
• Perform Mortgage credit analysis without the assistance of AUS
• Maintain Production goals & Standards in accordance with established SLAs and Metrics.
• Work from Office
• Night shift
• Work location Chennai Sholinganallur
• Transportation: 1 way Cab
• Week off: 2 days rotational off
• Notice Period – Immediate Joiners (Preferable) to 15 Days
• Freshers with Good Communication
• Vaccination 2 Dose & Graduation is mandatory with Provisional and Degree certificate is must
